WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH PITCH AND RUDDER
- Your design is yours and yours alone! We aren’t in the business of recycling one best selling design into a second and third. We tailor each and every design to the customer. Not the tailoring the customer to the design we want to sell them.
- Your custom coins are going to be made in stages unless otherwise requested. We will create concept art, working hand in hand, we will bring your idea of a custom challenge coin to life. - After the concept is approved we will move forward with the CNC drawing, this is where you will see what the actual challenge coin is going to look like prior to the sample being struck. This is a process that we will tweak until we get your art to the exact standard that your looking for! Our goal is to ensure that every custom coin we design and manufacture is are minted to an exceptionally high standard.
- During each step of the process we will keep you informed of how and where your coin is in the manufacturing process; we go a step further and bring you into our Project management software allowing you access to communicate with our factories and design team seamlessly.
- When your product leaves us it will be in our basic product is packaging, it will protected in a clear PVC pouch with awesome Pitch and Rudder branding on it. We do offer more elaborate packaging, from velvet bags and acrylic cases to velvet lined presentation boxes for an extra cost.
- At Pitch and Rudder we only ship via air, from our factories to your door utilizing DHL and FEDex, Always free of charge and insured.
